Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Gamay opens with a gentle black plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and quite savory. The flavor profile is mild black raspberry and plum with nicely integrated old oak. The finish is rather dry and its tannins are quite sticky. This wine would pair well with grilled blackened tuna steaks. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A solid garnet color with notes of black fruits accented by subtle vanilla aromas on the nose. On the palate, this Moulin- à-Vent is a seductive wine; very sophisticated with a good tannic structure.
