Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Riesling opens with a green apple and wet stone like bouquet with a hit of peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile of this wine is a mineral infused green apple with hints of apricot and gentle orange. The finish semi-dry and its flavors linger for a bit. I would pair this Riesling with seared sea scallops with a fig-balsamic glaze. Enjoy – Ken
