Wine Review: This yellow colored Riesling opens with a ripe peach bouquet with a hint of pear. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, dense and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a ripe pear with notes of peach and nicely integrated minerality. I also detected a hint of white pepper. The finish remains sweet and its flavors linger for quite some time. This wine would pair well with spicy Thai dishes. Enjoy - Ken
