Wine Review: This bright red colored GSM from down under opens with a musty mild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild red plum with notes of gentle minerality. I also detected hints of cinnamon and faint oak. The finish is dry and its medium tannins are a little prolonged. This GSM would pair well with a juicy bacon burger wine. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Bright red with crimson hue. On the nose, it is rich and earthy with notes of luscious red cherries. It is a delicious mouth-filling wine with abundant fruit sweetness. Young, bright and lively with good structure, this wine is a fantastic expression of the Southern Rhone style. We suggest pairing it with crispy pork belly.
