Wine Review: This yellow-colored Chardonnay from Chablis opens with a lemon verbena and white peach bouquet with hints of cantaloupe and green tea. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright and very fresh. The flavor profile is lemon verbena and stony minerality with notes of lime and green tea. We also detected hints of Anjou pear, saline and white pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for a while. We would pair this Chard with chicken francese. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Our Chablis are located on the right bank of the Serein. It is a beautiful pale white gold dress with soft green highlights. Brilliant, luminous, and clear. The nose is fresh, straight, and ripe. It expresses fine and fresh notes of white flowers and citrus fruits supported by a frank minerality. The palate is straight and pure. It expresses a lovely fruitiness supported by a strong mineral presence associated with delicate saline notes.
