Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Gary Farrell opens with a strawberry rhubarb bouquet with a hint of cherry-cola, vanilla and red raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very juicy. The flavor profile is a plum and mineral blend with notes of strawberry, red cherry and some hints of very faint oak. The finish is dry and its tannins stick around for a very long time. Our mini-Panel suggested pairing this Pinot with grilled salmon. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Opulent fruit aromas of dark cherry, plum, and blueberry jam rapidly emerge as the wine fills the glass. A quick swirl lends layers of rose petals and violets that marry elements of vanilla bean and cedar. This wine is voluminous, displaying an extraordinary mid-palate, firm tannins, and a decadently full-bodied structure from start to finish.
