Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a blackberry jam bouquet with hints of boysenberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with plus acidity. It is quite juicy and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a crushed stone infused black currant and blackberry blend with notes of oak. I also detected hints of herbal tea and red plum mixed in. The finish is dry and its flavors and dusty tannins stick around for quite a long time. This wine benefits from some aeration. Decant it and serve it with a New York strip steak. Enjoy - Ken
