Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from Galerie was well received by the tasting panel. It opens with a mild gooseberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is gooseberry with notes of mild grapefruit and nicely integrated minerality. We also detected hints of green apple and faint lime. The finish is dry and its mild acidity and flavors are nicely prolonged. This Sauvignon Blanc is a summer quaffer to be enjoyed with fried clams or fried calamari. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Our 2014 Naissance shows tropical aromas of pineapple, orange peel, grapefruit and orange blossom that lead into full flavors of apricot and orange zest, with hints of dry grass. Complex fruit and naturally balanced acidity create an intriguing palate—perfect for summer evenings al fresco.
