Wine Review: This coral-colored wine made from Nebbiolo grapes opens with a fragrant white peach and watermelon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and bright. The flavor profile is a chalky mineral influenced white peach and lime blend with notes of light maraschino cherry. I also picked up some hints of white tea and a touch of pink grapefruit as well. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would serve this slightly chilled at the beach or on the porch this summer. Pair with chilled shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Rosabella is a rosé de saignée, produced with the lighted touch in order to preserve the lightness and fragrance of our grapes. Incredibly ethereal, dominated by the presence of Nebbiolo. The bouquet reveals notes of jasmine, rose petals, white raspberries, pink salt, and high mountain flowers. The palate features the signature freshness of Nebbiolo, with an initial lush, salty texture and balanced acidity, an aerial balance, and a superb drinkability.
