Wine Review: This pinkish salmon colored Rose opens with opens with a mild watermelon and faint maraschino cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty maraschino cherry and juicy white peach blend with notes of chalky minerality. I also detected a hint of black currant in the aftertaste. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Rose would pair well with Emeril's crab cakes. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2021 Estate Rosé spent seven hours with the skins, giving it a pink salmon-colored hue. It was then fermented in neutral oak barrels, giving it a lush mouthfeel, and rounded acidity. It is refreshingly and crisp. It displays notes fresh strawberry, white peach, and orange zest, finishing with lively acidity and a subtle minerality.
