Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a spiced plum bouquet with hints of cranberry and black raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a gentle plum and black raspberry blend with notes of fine minerality and mild oak. I also detected faint hints of cinnamon and cola. The finish is dry and its flavors drifts away nicely. This Pinot is easy to drink. I would pair it with mild food like Rogue Creamery's "Classic Grilled Cheese." Enjoy - Ken
