Wine Review: This pretty rose colored wine performs consistently well every year. This years release opens with a tangerine and strawberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and well balanced. The flavor profile is a mineral infused strawberry with a touch of red raspberry blended in. The finish is dry and very nicely refreshing. It would be a perfect option to consider on a hot summer day. It would pair this Rose with Arctic Char of the grill. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: An exquisite color of cotton candy this Rose bursts with aromas of Maraschino cherries, candied apples and cream soda. Strawberries and cherries wrapped in bright, balanced acidity round out the palate. This unique blend of Zinfandel, Malbec, with a splash of Pinot Noir is sure to please.
