Wine Review: This almost clear colored wine is a wine that my sister would love. It's a bit sweet, its Good, and reasonably priced. It opens with a very fragrant apricot, orange, and floral bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, fizzy, and foamy in the mouth. The flavor profile is a semi-sweet ripe lime and lychee. The finish remains semi-sweet. Serve it as an aperitif. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: It's a mouth-revving, lively Riesling that's light on its feet. You may detect notes of lemon sorbet, bath salts and white lilies layered with spices from your favorite childhood pie shop… guess that depends on your childhood. But you can’t deny its raciness and versatility, sidling up suggestively to food that's both sweet and spicy. Its intensity will slap you in the face, the oodles of length will have you scrambling for more.
