Wine Review: This deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a black currant and black plum bouquet with hints of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, and bright. The flavor profile is juicy black plum and black raspberry ganache with notes of rich dark chocolate and a hint of orange zest. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins drift away nicely.
