Wine Review: This medium gold colored Chardonnay opens with a gentle pineapple and ripe Bosc pear bouquet with hints of vanilla and oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, creamy, and savory. The flavor profile is an oak influenced pineapple and ripe Bosc pear blend with notes of chalky minerality. We also discovered some hints of lemon cream and vanilla in the mix. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely.
