Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with tangerine and pear like bouquet with a hint of candle wax and apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, lively and shows well managed acidity. The flavor profile is a slightly tart lychee and gentle grapefruit blend. I also detected nicely integrated minerality, lime, and white pepper. The finish is dry and its acidity lingers and leaving a refreshing sensation. This wine would be perfect with linguine with a white wine clam sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pale yellow color with green lights, bright and clear. An intense, fresh nose with notes of cut hay and fruits. On the palate the wine is rounded, soft and viscous. Again there are flavors of white-fleshed fruits, fennel with dried fruit notes which come from the ageing on its lees.
