Wine Review: This very dark indigo ink colored wine opens with raisin and mild oak and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well balanced, and rich. The flavor profile is a dense spicy blueberry and gentle black plum blend with hints of old oak, black raspberry and black currant. The finish is dry and its moderate tingly tannins linger for some time. This wine went perfectly with our beef bourguignon and was enjoyed by everyone that had a chance to try it. Enjoy – Ken
