Wine Review: This almost clear colored white blend from Napa opens with a pleasant peach and grapefruit like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty mild grapefruit with nicely integrated minerality. There is also a nice bit of lemon-lime mixed in. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine would be perfect with grilled swordfish kabobs. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Appearance: Pale Straw Aromas: A vibrant bouquet with highlights of lime, honeysuckle, and white peach. Mineral notes lead way to jasmine and passion fruit. Flavors: A clean, crisp opening gives way to a full, round body on the palate. Flavors of orange blossom, grapefruit, honeysuckle, and subtle guava add complexity with a rich and vibrant finish and a hint of minerality. Food: It would pair beautifully with a range of foods, from spicy barbeque to Thai and other Asian cuisines.
