Wine Review: This dark ruby colored red blend from the Finger Lakes opens with a dark chocolate cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a plum and oak blend with hints of black cherry and faint minerality. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. While not complex, this wine is versatile and food friendly.
