Wine Review: This ruby colored Cabernet Franc from the Finger Lakes opens with blueberry bouquet with hints faint eucalyptus and lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. On the palate, the flavor profile is an oak influenced black cherry with notes of cola and black pepper. The finish is dry and it’s nicely prolonged. The wine would pair well with an Angus bacon burger. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of red raspberry and plums are augmented by spice and crushed leaf notes. Medium-bodied. Bright and lively in the mouth with sweet fruit flavors and very fine-grained tannins.
