Wine Review: This deep garnet colored Southern Australian Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of black cherry, black currant, cedar, baking spice, dried herbs, and bell pepper. It's silky smooth and approachable on the palate. I found it to be full bodied with juicy acidity and jammy ripe fruit. There are flavors of blackberry, black raspberry, cherry, and leather, along with hints of graphite, vanilla, and spice. The round tannins linger for a while in the fruity finish. Serve with grilled lamb chops. – Mark
