Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Barbera opens with a ripe boysenberry bouquet with notes of black pepper and soy. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, juicy, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a very savory black currant and boysenberry blend with a hint of black pepper. The finish is dry and its mild tannins linger slightly. This very tasty Barbera will pair very well with barbecue short ribs and will appeal to Zin fans. Enjoy - Ken
