Wine Review: This straw-colored Pinot Blanc from Oregon opens with a pear and apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, zesty and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused yellow grapefruit with notes of lime. I also detected hints of white pepper and ginger. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. This Pinot Blanc would pair well with a honey grilled shrimp. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This 2016 Pinot Banc is light, fresh and lively. It begins with fragrant aromas of orange blossom, yellow peach and river rock. The palate has a pleasing acidity that balances flavors of Asian pear and mandarins. Elegant and finessed, this is a beautiful accompaniment to a cream brie or fresh cod.
