Wine Review: This dark red colored Grenache from California is very nice. It opens with a mild black cherry-cola bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused strawberry and faint red plum blend. I also detected hints of black pepper and oak in the background. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Grenache is a quaffer! It is also food friendly. I would pair it with a pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Flavors of strawberry and blackberry with notes of baking spices. Bright cranberry and pomegranate with wood undertones and a fresh white pepper finish.
