Wine Review: This Excellent straw colored Napa Valley Chardonnay from Forman is impressive. It opens with a faint papaya bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild green apple with notes of gentle oak and Anjou pear. I also detected a hint of almond. The finish is dry and it fades away nicely. This Chard is very food friendly and would pair nicely with grilled rainbow trout. Enjoy – Ken
