Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Foretell is Excellent. It opens with an attractive light strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, silky and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild black raspberry with notes of gentle minerality. I also detected hints of strawberry, plum and oak. The finish is dry and its flavors and mild acidity linger nicely. This Pinot is very food friendly and would pair nicely with grilled salmon. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Black Cherry, Sarsaparilla root, caramel, allspice, boysenberry and red licorice aromas swirl out of the glass. The soft bright fruit greets you elegantly on the palate with incredible viscosity and glycerol maintaining a deft balance.
