Wine Review: This deep purple colored red blend from Washington opens with a blackberry and black currant bouquet with hints of oregano and black plum. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, and super smooth. The flavor profile is blackberry and acai berry blend with hints of graphite, cedar, and herbal tea. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would prefer to drink this wine on its own. With food, we would pair this wine with a Sunday roast beef and gravy. Enjoy – KWGTP
