Wine Review: This yellow colored white blend from Italy opens with a honey and mild tangerine like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and shows nice life. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Bosc pear with hints of white pepper and honeydew melon. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely.
