Wine Review: This coral colored Rose from Cotes du Provence opens with a grapefruit and lager beer like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied with nice controlled acidity that leads to a mouthwatering feel. The flavor profile is a mineral infused strawberry and mild grapefruit blend with notes of lime and tangerine. The finish is dry and refreshing. This is a versatile wine that will pair with lots of foods. I would serve it with a crab cake sandwich near the ocean on a hot day this summer. Enjoy – Ken
