Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon has a purple rim. It opens with a leather and black raspberry bouquet with hints of red currant and cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is well-balanced, smooth, and opulent. The flavor profile is a red currant, red cherry, and oolong tea blend with notes of cedar and red plum. We also detected some hints of black pepper in the mix. The finish is dry, and its moderate tannins stick around for quite a while. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with Jiko's wild boar or with a grilled lamb chop. Enjoy – KWGTP
