Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Flanagan opens with a black cherry, balsam and cedar bouquet with a hint of craisin. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty red plum and strawberry blend with hints of vanilla, cola, clove, white pepper and cedar. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Pinot Noir would pair well with a grilled pork chop and grilled salmon. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The 2018 Flanagan "Gap’s View Vineyard" Pinot Noir offers an expressive nose of orange blossom, clove, and black truffle. On the palate, the wine has very fine tannins, great acidity, and displays pretty red currant and Rainier cherry fruits. The Gap’s View Vineyard has the right climate and soils to produce great Pinot Noir. The winemaking is focused on balance and allowing the site and the vintage to express itself.
