Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from the Platt Vineyard is very nice. It opens with a lemon and pineapple bouquet with hints of musty oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a mild pineapple and light lemon blend with nicely integrated crushed stone minerality. The finish is dry and has nice extended length for a Chard. This wine is very versatile and would pair nicely with chicken francese. Enjoy - KWGTP
