Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a mild grapefruit, apricot and pineapple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild tart grapefruit with notes of minerality with hints of green pepper and tangerine. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Sauvignon Blanc is would be a nice summer sipper. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Pale straw with green hues
Aroma: A lifted nose showing refreshing snow pea and herbal notes, melon and fresh guava.
Palate: Light-bodied and refreshing with typical Marlborough flavors of passionfruit, gooseberry and grapefruit. A pleasing herbaceous thread leads to a long lingering finish.
Food Suggestions: Ideal with seafood or chicken dishes and fresh summer salads. Drink now or in next 3-5 years.
