Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored Greco di Tufo opens with a kiwi and lime bouquet with hints of thyme sprig, ginger, and sea breeze. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium plus zesty acidity. It is round and clean. The flavor profile is green apple with notes of gravely minerality and tart lime. We also detected hints of white pepper. saline, and peach in the aftertaste. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel would pair this food friendly Greco with Ipswich fried clams, pasta primavera, or raw oysters. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Intense straw yellow color with a golden shimmer. Light scents of ripe pears, apricots, apples, fern and mint. It displays lively acidity along with spicy minerality typical of vines cultivated in Tufo. It also has an incredibly long finish showing soft notes of balsamic.
