Wine Review: This light yellow colored Viognier opens with mild pear bouquet with a hint a tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tart green apple with hints of peach and mild minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite a while. This wine would pair well with grilled mahi mahi.
