Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant red raspberry and cola bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a pleasant mild black cherry and gentle plum blend with hints of oak, blueberry and just a kiss of black pepper. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are friendly and drift away nicely. This Pinot is very food friendly and would pair well with Colorado lamb chops with an herb marinade and wild mushrooms. Enjoy – Ken
