Wine Review: This pale copper colored wine made mainly from Grenache opens with a very fragrant yellow grapefruit bouquet with hints of hay, tangerine and mango. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied, nicely balanced, super-soft and delicate. The flavor profile is a mild white grapefruit and chalky mineral blend with notes tangerine and nectarine pit. hint of cantaloupe. The finish is dry, refreshing and subtly fades away. The Panel would pair this Rose with coconut shrimp or an oyster po-boy sandwich. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This wine displays a very pale color with light reflections. The nose for this Evidence Rose offers expressive citrus and red fruits. The palate is fresh and balanced, with citrus notes like grapefruit and lemon, as well as a touch of apricot. The finish is very long. Ideal as an aperitif, but also excellent with white meats, grilled fish, paella, Thai Satays, or mixed salads.
