Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine opens with a very fragrant and interesting peach cobbler bouquet with hints of watermelon and green pepper. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely balanced between its juicy fruit and acidity. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild mineral infused strawberry with hints of nectarine, tangerine and cantaloupe rind. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Rose is a bit of a quaffer and is a perfect wine for a hot summer day. It would be ideal with a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Mira Rose 2017 is a soft pink-rose color, with light raspberry nuances. The nose is fruity, with strong red berry aromas. The palate starts with red berry and crushed strawberry. The palate is round and fresh with citrus notes and deliciously fruity notes that "recall the sweets of childhood." This wine is ideally served with white meats, such as chicken or pork, grilled fish and mixed salads.
