Wine Review: This yellow colored Chard from the Russian River is very impressive. It opens with a very attractive peach bouquet with notes of vanilla and old oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well balanced, rich, and dangerously drinkable. The flavor profile is a tasty moderate oak infused lemon with notes of vanilla and nutmeg. The finish is dry and it lingers for quite sometime. This Chard would be a wonderful choice with enjoy with lobster bisque. Cheers - Ken
