Wine Review: This straw colored Chardonnay opens with a ginger ale and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild oak and pear blend with notes of lime, pineapple and a touch of minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This Chardonnay would pair well with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken
