Wine Review: This white gold colored Chardonnay opens with a mild lemon and banana crème pie like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, displays elevated acidity and is savory. The flavor profile is a mineral infused ripe Bosc Pear with hints of butter and old oak. The finish is dry and its minerality lingers well after the wine is gone. This Chard would pair well with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken
