Wine Review: This light yellow colored Fume Blanc opens with a pear and mild grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp and a little tangy. The flavor profile is a slightly tart lime with infused minerality and notes of grapefruit. The finish is dry and its remains crisp and refreshing. This wine would pair well with grilled swordfish with a lemon drizzle. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of lime, kiwi, citrus, melon and a touch of grass are complemented by flavors of grapefruit, lemon, mango, and guava in Ferrari-Carano's 2010 Fume Blanc. Cool, stainless steel tank fermentation gives this wine a crisp freshness while the subtle oak character from barrel aging adds complexity and depth.
