Wine Review: This ruby colored 100% Cab made by Randy Dunn was very well received by our tasting panel. It opens with a fragrant and attractive ripe black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and rather savory. The flavor profile is a fruit forward black cherry and plum blend with nicely integrated oak. The finish is dry and its reasonable tannins linger nicely. The panel suggested pairing this wine soon with veal marsala or a flank steak. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Concentrated and beautifully balanced, Randy Dunn's 2006 Feather might best be described as "an iron fist in a velvet glove." This wine offers fresh, fragrant, fruity aromas; spicy, dark cherry on the palate and a silky mouth feel and lengthy finish.
