Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a nose of cut grass, gooseberry, cat pee and lemon curd. This light plus bodied wine opens with lots of bright tangy acidity on the palate. This wine displays flavors of lime, gooseberry, minerality and green grass. The lively flavors linger on the finish for quite some time with hints of a steely notes. We would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with Pam’s baked prosciutto and goat cheese cups. – Karen & Stuart
Winemaker Notes: Pale straw with green lights. A lifted nose, showing aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit, kiwi, and underlying herbal notes. A light-bodied, dry, crisp wine with flavors of gooseberry, stone fruit and nettles, with a mouthwatering acidity, leading to a long lingering finish.
