Wine Review: This translucent and bright straw-colored Chardonnay opens with a light butterscotch and lemon zest bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and has some brightness. The flavor profile is lemon, gentle butterscotch, and marzipan blend with notes of oak and butter. We also detected hints of golden delicious apple and toasted coconut flakes in the mix. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for a long time.
