Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Chateauneuf-du-Pape opens with a fragrant black raspberry bouquet with notes of oak and boysenberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral and gentle black raspberry with notes of black tea. I also detected hints of craisin, prune and a dash of black pepper. The finish is rather dry and its tannins build-up and last for a very long time. It would pair well with beef stew. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Elegant and intense Ruby-red colour. The nose is delicate, with notes of red fruit, chocolate and sweet spices. Perfectly balanced, the silky mouth develops aromas of strawberries and ripe plums and finishes with a beautiful length. Drink with game, truffles and mushrooms.
