Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Evening Land is Excellent. It opens with fragrant oak and black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, super smooth and elegant. The flavor profile is a delicious mild black plum with notes of faint black raspberry. I also detected hints of anise and a touch of oak and black pepper as well. The finish is dry and its refined tannins drift away nicely. This Pinot is drinking beautifully now and would pair perfectly with a filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken
