Wine Review: This medium gold colored Chardonnay opens with a dried apricot and dried pineapple bouquet with hints of lemon, apple, and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is chalky mineral influenced pear with notes of oak, Meyer lemon and gentle pineapple. The finish is dry and has nice length. The Panel would pair this Chard with a seafood casserole or sushi. Enjoy – KWGTP
