Wine Review: This slightly opaque and deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Etude opens with a black currant and blackberry bouquet with hints of graphite. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth and silky. The flavor profile is cedar, black currant, and crushed stone blend with notes of blackberry and cedar. It also has some lingering hints of espresso and anise as well. The finish is dry, and its dusty tannins stick around for a long time. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with NY strip steak or a pepper crusted seared ahi tuna with tahini sauce. Enjoy - KWGTP
