Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from Estancia is a good value option. It opens with a pleasant mild lemon-lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and pleasant. The flavor profile is a mild SweeTART with notes of mild grapefruit and a hint of lime. The finish is dry and its flavors and gentle acidity linger for a bit. I would pair this everyday offering with fish and chips with tartar sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pale straw gold in color. Aromas of tropical fruit, grapefruit, golden delicious apple, lemon grass, citrus, and orange blossom. Flavors of enticing tropical fruit, citrus, and honeydew melon. Pair with asparagus, salads, seafood, tomatoes, fresh herbs, curries.
